When UPSCALE is in heavy use by students for other required work, the scans of problem set, test, and examination solutions are not available.

The hours when they are unavailable are:

• Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 2PM and 5PM Toronto time.
• Thursday between 1PM and 4PM Toronto time.
